  • Experts will explore strategies for maintaining balance and self-compassion during the postpartum journey, offering practical tips on managing personal and professional relationships, embracing body changes, and finding fulfillment in your evolving identity. This conversation is designed to empower Black mothers in their postpartum experiences and provide vital resources for mental and emotional well-being. 
    • How can pregnant and postpartum people advocate for themselves in terms of resources available to them from the company? 
    • Include recommended list of questions to share with your HR team/manager when announcing your pregnancy and how to navigate the conversation best for yourself
    • How can women remain competitive and display your passion for your career through pregnancy and leave so they are valued and considered for advancement at their workplace?
    • What have you found worked best to nurture your existing friendships and build new ones, especially when friends are in other stages of life?
    • What are some top pieces of advice for preparing your romantic relationship + relationship with yourself as you evolve in your roles as parents?
